If you're not sure what a web ring is or how it works, it's fairly simple. All web rings are centered around a main theme (in this case television presenter Emma Ledden). If you're a web master, membership of this webring will give your site a prominent advert where people are likely to take notice of it; if you're a web surfer, it gives you an easy way to find other sites featuring content about "Emma Ledden" without using a search engine.

RULES:

• Absolutely NO bigotry, racism, pornography or any of the no-nos of the net. This is a R (Parental Guidance) rated ring, but lets keep it clean and tastefull anyway.
  
• Your site must (at least) mention Emma Ledden. If your page has things other than Emma Ledden, that's fine (as long as it doesn't break the first rule).
  
• If you are lucky enough to have personal contact details for Emma Ledden, please respect her privacy and don't put them up on your site! To enable your visitors to contact Emma, refer them to MTV UK and Ireland or the BBC.
• When you put the code for the ring on your site, be sure it's somewhere easy to find. It doesn't have to go on the main page (thought that would be nice), but can be on a links or webring page. As long as it's easy to get to not only for me but also for those traveling through the ring.
• You MUST display the ring code on your site! I regularly check ring sites to make sure that they are displaying the code, and if I cannot find the code on your site, I will move it back into the queue and you will cease to recieve traffic from the ring! You have been warned...

If you don't know whether or not your page would fit, enter it anyway and let me know about it. I'm pretty easy going :).

2. After submitting your site, you will be taken to a page with the HTML fragment that you *MUST* put on your page. You don't need to change anything.

If you tried submitting but got a error message that prevented your submission, then just try again later or email me at elnring@emmaledden.cjb.net with the same info from the form above (Name, Title, URL, etc.) and I'll enter in your site into the queue, and mail you the HTML fragment you need to add to your page(s).

3.You will get an email confirming that you have been added to the queue where you will stay until I approve you for the ring. The email will also contain the same HTML fragment that you see after submitting the form. It's important to keep this email for future reference as it contains your Site ID number and password.

4. Once you add the HTML fragment for the ring, email me so I can check it out. If everything looks good then I'll add you to the ring. As soon as you are added to the ring, you should receive another letting you know.

REMEMBER! -- You are NOT an actual part of the ring until you have submitted your site, put the HTML fragment into your page(s), and had your site approved by me!
